Agreement By submitting this form, you are agreeing to serve as the primary representative of your organization as an AmeriCOM / DPOC member and to be contacted by an AmeriCOM / DPOC representative to provide additional information about your organization per the membership requirements listed above. By submitting this information to AmeriCOM you are supporting its effort under the US Department of Defense Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) Program to establish a Defense Precision Optics Consortium (DPOC) where US companies work in collaboration to advance the domestic and photonics industry and related technologies. Any and all information shared with AmeriCOM will be treated as proprietary information to your organization and will not be shared with any third party outside of AmeriCOM and their supporting IBAS program office.
